Core responsibilities
- Proactively build relationships with executives, heads of business, managers, peers, strategic vendors and more
- Drive Continuous Improvement, promote best practice, build strong business partnership, and facilitate timely communication
- Own, design and deliver proactive technology production support services for Integration and API
- Engage with core infrastructure services team and cloud vendors to ensure Integration and API infrastructure is appropriately configured to maintain service availability
- Ensure all aspects of Integration and API operations support is documented in a central repository
- Develop and/or propose risk mitigation plans and procedures to protect business operations

**Location Preference**: Sydney/ Melbourne
