An exciting opportunity has arisen for an **Online Operations Coordinator **to join a dynamic team at Brandbank.

Reporting to the Group Retail Operations Manager, this role will ensure that the customer order journey, through In-store fulfillment, Click and Collect, Store to door and/or any additional delivery methods facilitated instore is maximised and creates a positive sale journey for the customer.
- Please note: this is a Fixed Term Contract of 6 Months._

**THE ROLE**:

- Optimisation of order fulfilment processes, and online delivery options
- Oversee the setup and operational rollout of new In-Store Fulfillment stores, Store to Door stores & Click & Collect stores
- Maintain all related training or business process documentation
- Be accessible to internal and external partners as the key escalation point for all technical related queries
- Ensure all order fulfilment channels are stocked with order packaging and consumables
- Manage customer return operations across all brand channels, ensuring returns are processed in a timely manner
- Actively manage order rejections and splits to minimise cost to the business and improve the customer experience
- Provide regular communication to stores, on upcoming business events and important information
- Ensure post-payment and fraud prevention tasks are managed in accordance with the agreed processes
- Manage Dispute centres for PayPal, Afterpay and other payment gateways where necessary
- Work alongside and collaboratively with Australia Post, DHL and New Zealand Post stakeholders and platforms to maximise business objectives and customer experience.
- On-site role 5-days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices.

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**:

- Has a relevant tertiary or equivalent qualification in Business, IT, or relevant experience in similar role
- A problem solver with a can-do attitude and willing to take on challenges
- Has an appetite to learn and continually up-skill
- Strives to identify and resolve issues before they occur and works quickly to identify when something is mission critical
- Creative thinking and problem-solving capability
- Able to work autonomously and without guidance
- Able to communicate effectively with others
- Team player who is prepared to support and mentor others
- Customer-centric and strive to provide the best possible customer experience in any situation
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient capabilities in Microsoft Office Programs inc. Outlook, Word & Excel
- Excellent time management skills
