**Description**:
**The Role**:
Based in Salisbury South (Adelaide), the Maintenance Manager will oversee overall plant and equipment, maintenance of the manufacturing and tooling, manage maintenance and engineering resources on site, and be responsible for facilities & maintenance cost budget as well as new CAPEX driven by the Adelaide Manufacturing site. The role places particular emphasis on OHS, Staff training and Mentoring, Preventative maintenance, downtime analysis and championing Continuous Improvement.

**Key Deliverables**:
Manage employee relations by driving safety and conducting risk assessments on all processes and equipment.
Ensure preventative of tooling and equipment and schedule workloads.
Drive continuous improvement by supporting production to improve OEE and reduce equipment breakdowns.
Ensure spare part management systems are in place and critical spares are maintained at all times.
Manage contractors and implement Document Tooling Changeover procedures.

Are you the Allstar we are searching for?

Qualified Mechanical Tradesperson
Between 8- 10 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment; up to 4 years of experience in a management role
Proficiency in CAD systems such as Solidworks 3D, Inventor 3D and AutoCAD 2D
Experience in tooling and equipment design and optimisation, installation of equipment
