**About the job**

We are currently looking for a full-time Maintenance Manager to support and the running of our Margate Processing facility. This position will lead, coordinate, and control site maintenance and planning to ensuring smooth operation of the site.

The position is "hands on" and will manage the site maintenance team to ensure all plant and equipment is serviced and maintained to achieve maximum reliability and mínimal down time.

Duties for this role can include:

- Managing large
- and small-scale maintenance projects across the site and distributing resources effectively.
- Ensuring best practice preventative maintenance processes are followed to keep our state-of-the-art machinery running well.
- Supervising and managing the maintenance team, including apprentices.
- Ensures that all maintenance activities are carried out in compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Project Management to ensure that maintenance is performed regularly to prevent breakdowns and downtime.

***About you**

To be successful in this role you will need:

- Extensive experience in a maintenance environment (manufacturing or processing experience essential)
- Trade qualifications in **Electrical** or **Mechanical** fields.
- Ability to influence, lead and engage a team.
- Demonstrated experience in project management.
- Commercially capable - need to understand the bigger picture.
- Ability to create a broad range of innovative solutions to maximise opportunities and minimise challenges based on trade qualification and experience
- Rights to work in Australia; and
- Successfully pass pre-employment medical and drug test.
