The role is a one year limited tenure, with the possibility of an extension.

In your role as Organisational Change Manager you will support the Program Governance Unit to supporting the implementation of a series of projects as part of the McMillan Shakespeare investment portfolio and contribute to the establishment of the change management framework, tools and templates.

You will be responsible to identify, validate and manage the people side of the change. Delivery will span people, process, and technology (or parts thereof).

The Change Management, Planning & Implementation
- Work with the Governance, Planning & Change Manager and key business stakeholders to execute the organisational change strategy to deliver the desired business outcomes and project / program targets
- Develop and implement tools, materials, and a robust way of working to increase the level of change effectiveness with key stakeholders to ensure buy-in, solution readiness and adoption.
- You will be responsible for the overall effectiveness of change management plans in relation to stakeholder management, communication, training, coaching and resistance management
- Conduct impact assessments, evaluate results and incorporate findings into change management plans
- Conduct a baseline change readiness assessment, regular pulse checks and a final change readiness assessment in the lead-up to go-live

Education and Capability Development
- As part of the impact assessment and change management plan, identify where education and training needs exist
- Work with HR to embed education and training solutions into long-term business capability
- Develop coach and guide change champion network (or other like resources)

You will bring:

- Significant experience in business change projects requiring significant organisational change, process change and IT system changes
- A proven track record in developing and deploying change management interventions across operational and support functions
- A detailed understanding of change management methodology and tools
