Rema Tip Top is seeking an experienced and motivated Finance Administrator to join our high performing, supportive, and growing organisation.

**Duties and tasks**:

- Preparation of monthly profit and loss, and balance sheet reports
- Create and update spreadsheets of daily transactions
- Assist with the reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts
- Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly cashflow statements
- Authorisation and administration of payment transactions
- Assist in preparation of quarterly/half early /year-end accounts and statutory accounts
- Assist with the external and internal audits
- Ad-hoc reporting relating to financial inquiries by collecting and interpreting data
- Effectively communication to building and maintaining of relationships, with external, and internal, stakeholders
- Conduct work in line with organisational policies and procedures, and government regulations

**Job requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or economics
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment
- Exposure to accounting software such as Pronto, SAP or other ERP systems
- Minimum intermediate level with Microsoft Office software, specifically Excel
- Sound numerical skills and high attention to details
- Experience in Power BI, Cognos or other business intelligence tools would be desirable
