Adminstrative Specialist

At a leading risk management organization, we are seeking a skilled professional to join our claims team. This hybrid role is based in Perth and requires working at least three days per week on site.

The organization provides innovative risk financing and management solutions for local government clients across Australia.

As an Assistant Claim Consultant, you will perform administrative functions required in the workers compensation claims process. Your duties will include:

• Delivering timely work output on the claims management system
• Working effectively with your team, internal and external stakeholders

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literacy, including intermediate skills in MS Excel, Outlook & Word
• Self-motivation and organisational skills essential
• Ability to plan and work independently and prioritise workloads
