They believe in empowering their team members to take ownership of their work and contribute to the firm's success.Role OverviewAs a Senior Accountant, you will be at the forefront of client engagements, providing comprehensive accounting services and strategic advice.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a compliance-driven environment but also seeks to add value through advisory and restructuring services.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review financial statements, BAS, and cash flow reports.Conduct pricing reviews and provide insights to improve profitability.Advise clients on business restructuring and financial strategies.Build and maintain strong client relationships; proactively seek referrals.Collaborate with the team to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.Participate in client meetings, driving discussions and decisions.What My Client Is Looking ForProven experience in accounting, with a strong understanding of compliance and financial reporting.Ability to provide strategic advice and identify opportunities for business improvement.Confidence in client interactions and a proactive approach to business development.A collaborative mindset with a willingness to contribute to team success.Desire for continuous learning and professional growth.Why Work With My Client?
