Change Consultant - Salary National - up to £45,000 / London - up to £55,000

This is a great opportunity for an experienced change / project manager to be responsible for the quality changes to end to end processes and accountable for the effectiveness of any implemented change. If you have the proven ability to deliver change plans and build meaningful stakeholder relationships whilst doing so, then we have the role for you

A bit about the job:
You will be responsible for the daily production outputs, specifically the Claims Change book of work, impact analysis, and supporting programme lead initiatives. Ensuring all change impacting Claims is accurately and effectively communicated, whilst being compliant with regulations and regulatory requirements

Skills and experience we're looking for:

- Proven experience of operating in a change environment, managing change collaboratively with senior management.
- Strong ability of prioritising objectives and developing solutions to resolve conflicts.
- Previous exposure of working within a financial setting and/or insurance industry would be advantageous.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable with detail and data analysis.

What you'll get for this role:

- Starting salary circa £45,000 and £55,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
