**Manager Strategy and Delivery**

As the Manager Strategy and Delivery, you will be responsible for leading the development of our Insurance Business Plan to support the RACQ Group Strategy. You will play a crucial role in facilitating the development of the 3-year plan and implementing and facilitating initiatives and projects critical to the success of our 1-year Plan. Your role will involve translating member and operational insights, market and competitor insights as well as external trends, into actionable strategies that enhance service delivery, member experience, and operational efficiency.

**Key responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Lead the development, implementation and communication of the Insurance Business Plan.
- Translate insights and trends into service, experience, and efficiency improvements.
- Drive measurable change initiatives to enhance value for both members and the Insurance business.
- Develop and deliver innovative strategies within the Insurance context.
- Collaborate with Senior Executives to develop business cases and execute projects that drive cost reduction, efficiency gains, growth, and improved member experiences.
- Implement organisational change management principles and methodologies.
- Lead and mentor a team of 4-6 staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.

**About you**:

- Minimum of a degree in a relevant discipline.
- 7-10 years of relevant experience in Insurance strategy, business development, and project management.
- Extensive Insurance and regulatory knowledge.
- Proven experience in strategy development and implementation.
- Strong business case development and project delivery skills.
- Experience in business transformation and/or solution delivery.
- Proficient in Agile and/or Lean methodologies.
- Skilled in organisational change management and stakeholder engagement.
- Innovative and strategic thinker with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to lead and manage complex stakeholder environments.
- Proven leadership and team development skills.
- Resilience, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritise effectively and drive continual improvement.
