**Practice Manager** - FT Rockdale

**2IC - Reception** - FT Rockdale

Ashton Aesthetics, located in Rockdale and Bondi Junction offers both General Practice and Cosmetic Procedures.

To be successful in our **Practice Manager role** you will be able to demonstrate two (2) years' experience in a leadership role in a medical setting.

**About us**: Ashton Aesthetics is a busy private general practice and cosmetic surgery clinic located in Rockdale and Bondi Junction. We have built a strong reputation in the medical space, based on our caring attitude towards patients, our expertise and the use of advanced technology.

We are expanding our team and looking for:

- A full-time **Practice Manager** - who will be located in Rockdale
- A full time **Medical Receptionist** - located in Rockdale

**Days and Hours**
- Our opening hours are 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday
- Our employees generally work an 8 hour day between 8.30am - 5.30pm

**Your Qualifications & Experience**
- Previous experience working in a medical setting is essential
- Experience in the use of Best Practice, Medical Director highly regarded
- Experience with Timely is desirable but not essential
- Demonstrated experience working with Medicare rebating and billing through Tyro.
- Ability to manage patient records with confidentiality

The Ashton Medical HR Team
