Overview
Cater Care Retail seeks to appoint a committed Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our quick-service retail operation at Newcastle Airport.
Responsibilities
Support the clear direction to team members on shift
Ensuring that the food & service standards are of exceptional quality
Assist in staff operations, including scheduling shifts and managing labor resources
Supervise stock, inventory and cash
Ensuring compliance with health/safety regulations and site policies/procedures
Qualifications
Previous supervisory experience (minimum 6 months)
Ability to supervise staff implement leadership skills
Cash, stock and labour control skills
Dispute management/conflict resolution skills
Flexibility across work days/hours
