Food & Beverage Supervisor to join Cater Care Retail at Newcastle Airport (New South Wales).
Permanent - Full Time.
Role responsibilities
Support the clear direction to team members on shift.
Ensure that food and service standards are of exceptional quality.
Assist in staff operations, including scheduling shifts and managing labour resources.
Supervise stock, inventory and cash.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and site policies/procedures.
Desired Skills and Experience
Previous supervisory experience (minimum 6 months).
Ability to supervise staff; implement leadership skills.
Cash, stock and labour control skills.
Dispute management/conflict resolution skills.
Flexibility across work days/hours.
