**We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Supervisor for our Molendinar Depot.**

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Reporting to the Branch Manager, this role is focused on leading a group of approx 8 team members for trade customer pick ups, picking & packing of orders for outgoing despatch via courier or delivery vehicles and oversight of incoming goods.

**DUTIES**
- Delegation of tasks between warehouse staff on daily/weekly basis to ensure smooth warehouse operation
- Ensuring consistent productivity and efficiency of the team while achieving a high level of picking accuracy
- Ensuring trade customers are served in a timely manner and to high customer service levels
- Ensuring outgoing goods are despatched in a timely & accurate manner
- Co-coordinating the receiving and putting away of incoming stock
- Co-ordinate rolling stock takes with a view to ensuring stock integrity and early identification of any deficiencies in picking/systems.
- Ensuring warehouse and yard maintained in a clean manner
- Complying with company policy and procedures

Working side by side with team members in a hands-on capacity will be required.

**WHAT IS REQUIRED**
- Be motivated and organised with attention to detail
- Have experience with warehousing and picking reports
- Have demonstrated experience in a supervisor role
- Enjoy the physical nature with the role as you will be working side by side with team members
- Enjoy interaction with other staff members and customers
- Have a current forklift ticket

Salary will be paid depending on experience.
