**About the Role...**

This newly created position, supporting the Logistics and Warehouse Manager, and working closely with our teams in purchasing, manufacturing, and sales, will assist in managing all areas of despatch and goods inwards. This hands-on role, will suit an experienced logistics and warehouse supervisor looking for a change, or a capable and experienced warehouse operator looking to take the next step in their career.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Leading and motivating a small team of warehouse operators.
- Ensuring that customer orders are despatched and arrive on time.
- Ensuring that the warehouse is meeting agreed targets.
- Warehouse duties, including forklift operation.
- Liaison with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of warehouse operations, with a focus on WHS.
- Monitoring and ensuring site security and efficient coordination of transport.

**About You...**

As an experienced logistics and warehouse professional, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to respond quickly to ever changing demands. You will be a proactive, organised, hands-on team leader with a professional attitude and strong attention to detail.

**Skills and experience**
- Demonstrated experience working in a manufacturing environment (preferably FMCG) and in a similar role.
- Demonstrated understanding of stock rotation and FIFO principles.
- Forklift license (essential).
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace health and safety.
- Excellent communication skills and internal stakeholder management.
- Superior time management and organisational skills.
- Excellent digital literacy.
