You'll:Partner with real estate agents to identify Knockdown Rebuild opportunities in high-potential suburbsBuild and nurture relationships that unlock long - term value for clients and the businessGuide customers through a deeply personal journey - from vision to realityRepresent a brand that's known for quality, sustainability, and heartWhat Drives You, Drives Us.
We're looking for someone who:Has a proven track record in new home salesThrives on building relationships and creating opportunitiesIs self-motivated, strategic, and passionate about helping peopleBelieves in doing work that matters - for customers, for communities, and for themselvesThis is a full-time role with weekend availability.
You'll enjoy two consecutive days off midweek (Thursday & Friday).
