As a Front Office Clerk, you'll be the face of our hotel, welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism, and ensuring every check-in and check-out is seamless and memorable.We're looking for candidates with experience working within the Hotel, Tourism or Hospitality sector who take pride in delivering high quality customer service.
In return we can offer excellent training and support and offer you great exposure in working within a 5* star hotel and being part of a strong operational team to help with your development.We currently have two Part Time offerings:48–76 hours per fortnight OR 24- 48 hours per fortnight with a mix of morning, afternoon, and overnight shifts — perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.In this role, you'll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests as well as:Deliver exceptional check-in and check-out servicesAssist with hotel reservations and guest enquiriesProcess accommodation payments with accuracy and careCreate joyful moments through genuine guest interactionsAbout youYou'll bring the following:Experience in hospitality, tourism, or hotel operationsA positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding serviceStrong multitasking skills and the ability to stay calm under pressureA team player who takes pride in their workAdditional InformationTo be successful, you'll:Have previous experience working in a front facing customer service positionBe well presented and impeccably groomedBe familiar with the Microsoft office (Outlook, Word and Excel)Have excellent communication & interpersonal skillsBe available to work across a 24/7 rotating rosterWhat you can expect from usOn top of exciting career possibilities, we offer better exposure to experiences and learning.
