Due to our continued growth, it's an exciting time for sales focused individuals to join our **Ray White Macarthur Group** team as a **Sales Associate**.

**The Role**:
This role is fast-paced & involves working alongside a Senior Member of our Sales Team. Our team members bring strong market knowledge, exceptional negotiation skills, high-quality customer service & a track record of Elite success.

Onsite weekly In-House training is provided & a development program with the aim to become one of the best agents in the area

Day to day responsibilities include:

- Prospecting for new business and database management
- Liaise with vendors and buyers
- Conduct open homes and buyer inspections while building client relationships
- Participate in weekly In-House training and mentoring with our Group Directors as well as our Senior Associates
- Have a current Real Estate Licence or Assistant Agent Certificate (or be willing to obtain one)
- Have a current Drivers Licence & own your own car
- Presented & well-groomed
- Have great communication skills & strong work ethic

**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship

**Salary**: From $44,000.00 per year
