In this role, you'll manage end-to-end procurement activities with a focus on goods and services, while also supporting broader sourcing and evaluation tasks across the branch.You'll be working with standard government procurement templates and playing a key role in ensuring probity and compliance.
This is a hands-on role that requires strong attention to detail, great communication, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead or support the development of standing offer arrangements, including significant procurement and probity plansAssist with supplier evaluation and contract negotiation processes (including ITO responses and assessments)Coordinate and process day-to-day purchasing tasks using standard templates and frameworksProvide admin and coordination support across procurement activities, including documentation tracking, meeting support, and general stakeholder communicationLiaise with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and compliance with procurement policiesWhat We're Looking ForDemonstrated experience in procurement, particularly for goods and servicesUnderstanding of government procurement processes, templates, and probity requirementsExcellent organisational and communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage deadlines across multiple projectsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving mindsetFleet management knowledge or experience (advantageous)Apply now with your CV and a short cover letter outlining your interest and suitability.
