One of Australia's largest residential property developers is looking for a savvy, technical and experienced digital marketing manager. This property group prides itself on developing sustainable, responsible, thriving communities. It was the first Australian residential developer to achieve the EnviroDevelopment certification across all its masterplanned communities. This is a testament to the company's commitment to sustainable living and environmental responsibility in the areas of ecosystems, waste, energy, material and water.

This role is currently being offered as a part-time (four days a week) 12 month contract. It is a wonderful opportunity to join a supportive and high-performing team with a great culture.

The part-time Digital Marketing Manager role is focused on owning, driving and delivering outcomes on a number of key projects and developments. Key responsibilities in the role include:

- **Content management**: including maintenance of the group's owned digital communications channels, CMS platforms and marketing tech automation
- **Systems development**: provide support and training in online systems such as salesforce, CRM, Marketo and CMS.
- **Third-party agency management**: provide guidance and be the main point of call for external marketing and digital agencies
- **Optimisation and acquisiton strategies**: maintain and support lead acquisition and optimization strategies
- **Digital advertising**: work with the marketing team to support and implement strategies for SEO, SEM, Google AdWords and REA
- A tertiary-level marketing, business or communications qualification
- Experience with marketing automation
- both designing and implementing customer journey maps
- Strong capabilities and deep understanding of managing CMS platforms
- 4+ years of B2C marketing experience
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- The ability to lead, drive and project manage various initiatives
- Sound knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO, SEM and social media
