We are recruiting for an experienced Pricing Analyst. This exciting opportunity will see you assisting various lines of business to determine and set competitive prices to gain market share and achieve revenue and margin goals. You will set the pricing strategy framework for new lines of business and drive growth and revenue in both military and commercial aerospace markets.

**Snap shot of the role**:

- ** **Set pricing strategy framework - develop, implement and monitor pricing strategy framework for new lines of business
- Determine Pricing and Marketing Strategies - work closely with the Commercial Manager and sales & marketing personnel to develop and enact competitive pricing strategies. Monitor industry trends and develop strategies that take advantage of untapped market segments and help the company gain market share in new avenues
- Analyse cost & pricing data - Use a number of quantitative and qualitative methods to analyse competitor pricing, assess market share and margins, and track customer engagement in order to gain a complete picture of effective pricing strategies
- Develop forecasts and models - forecast revenue and market share information by using a variety of statistical modelling methods to prepare reports that show the potential impact of various pricing strategies, including their effect on margins and costs and how they will impact profitability and sales volume
- Develop Pricing Tools - implement tools to allow for efficient and effective cost & pricing analysis in a dynamic pricing environment
- Communication with stakeholders - translate complex pricing data into actionable strategies and techniques to drive sales and enhance marketing efforts
- Negotiations - support the commercial manager in the negotiation of new contracts and opportunities with sound cost & pricing analysis and advice.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or analytical field (preferred)
- Minimum 4 years of demonstrated analytical experience working directly with customer facing departments, preferably market intelligence and pricing/cost estimating.
- Demonstrated experience in developing new pricing frameworks and strategies
- Ability to handle high levels of ambiguity and complexity in a business undergoing significant growth and transformation
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
