Bootstrapped means we've gotten here without any funding, forcing us to do more with less, which is what innovation is all about.We're now looking for a Content Specialist & Ad Buyer to work under our Marketing Director Katy and help lead Funky's next growth chapter.
This is your chance to help build Australia's next big success story.What we're looking for:Someone who has great experience in making content and not afraid to get behind the cameraProactive and resourceful, able to take direction and then run with it, without needing hand holding at every stepSolution oriented, happy to take ownership of tasks, suggest improvements, and keep things moving in a fast paced environmentHands on attitude, comfortable switching between creative work (filming/editing) and execution (ads, scheduling, reporting), and helping out on broader startup tasks when needed because in a fast moving business, no two days look the sameLocal, office based only (no remote work)Quick learner who pushes through challenges by combining smart thinking, hard work, and persistenceWilling to go above and beyond to get the job doneWho you'll work with:Katy (Marketing Director)Our Director of OperationsOccasionally the founder, KamWhat you'll actually do:Work closely with Katy to produce standout content across all channelsWork closely with Katy to manage ad channelsLevelling up our content with better video editingSet up and run shoots, from farm visits to warehouse action to customer stories, including occasional interstate travelBuild and execute influencer and affiliate strategies to increase salesJump into broader startup tasks when needed, because that's life in a fast moving startupHelp Funky thrive
