FAIR Consulting Group (Australia) Permanent PositionMelbourne, Australia Posted on 30/07/2025FAIR is seeking a technology-minded and innovative S/4HANA Senior Consultant- Finance, based in Melbourne, with a passion for bringing context to SAP solutions and an ability to demonstrate how it can help transform our clients' day-to-day operations.As an SAP S/4HANA Senior Consultant- Finance, you will play a pivotal role in helping our clients leverage SAP's cutting-edge cloud technology to optimise their business processes and achieve their strategic goals.About the role:Work closely with potential customers to assess their current systems and future requirements to propose suitable recommendations in S/4HANADrive/Leadthe implementation of S/4HANA Finance solutions and help our customers develop their ERP roadmapConsistently look for process, system and solution improvementMentor and/ormanage internal technical team members during the implementation processWork closely with our ERP practice to help drive business growthStaying up to date with the latest developments and improvements in the SAP S/4HANA Finance solutionsAbout you:6 - 12 years of experience in SAP Consulting and deliveryDemonstrated experience completing S/4HANA or ECC engagementsExperience with solution design that align with client requirements and industry best practices, including performing SAP configuration, data migration and testingGood functional knowledge across Finance and Controlling modules(FICO)Strong integration knowledge and experience with other modules such as SD, MM, PS, Manufacturing and/or Supply Chain solutionsFMCG, Retail, Manufacturing, Professional Services or Utility project experience is highly regardedStrong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and effectivelyExcellent consulting skills and ability to build and maintain positive stakeholder relationshipsGood problem-solving skillsGood understanding and experience of the SAP Activate project delivery methodologiesDesired Skills:Previous pre-sales experience with SAP software sales is highly regardedIn-depth knowledge of multiple functional modules with experience in implementing these modulesConsultants with Public/Private Cloud Experience an advantageOur Culture: What's most important at FAIR?
