You will successfully
- Provide efficient day to day service delivery through education, interventions, group work, assessment, referral and case work within a recovery-orientated and person-led service environment.
- Assess client and program risk and mitigate risk in accordance
- Work collaboratively and professionally with other services [X (responsibility specific to role within program from PD)]
- Develop and monitor individual treatment plans and maintain case management documentation, records, reports and data collection, utilising established case planning procedures.
- Participate in sector events and training
You will have
- Minimum of Diploma level qualification in a relevant discipline (AOD, Community Services, Case Management).
- Completed 4 AOD Skill Set Units (or willing to undertake/complete during employment).
- Current Drivers licence.
- Demonstrated experience and ability to work with those impacted by substance abuse, gambling and mental health conditions.
- Experience working with people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds and religions.
- A willingness to undergo a National Police check
