**The Opportunity**
An exciting new role has been created to develop and implement initiatives that improve patient and referrer experience, drive operational efficiency, and maximise revenue return across the Victorian and Tasmanian network which currently administers over 5,000 procedures annually and generates $515M revenue.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will play a key role in defining, prioritising, and delivering a road map of initiatives that deliver impact at pace. Key accountabilities include:
Strategic Business Planning
- Contributing to the development of business unit strategy and operational plans, including defining initiatives, goals and metrics aligned to commercial objectives.
- Monitoring and reporting on program performance to ensure risks are mitigated and benefits are realised.
- Innovating and leading the co-creation of ideas that uplift service quality, patient / referrer experience and respond to NPS feedback.
- Developing strategies and plans that attract and retain the workforce of the future.

Leadership & Service Delivery
- Working with the General Manager and Regional Managers to promote and champion business improvement strategies and initiatives across operational teams to improve patient, referrer, and employee experience.
- Leading the planning and implementation of initiatives, including defining program scope, funding requirements, delivery plans and timelines.
- Leading a small workforce planning and workflow optimisation team to maximise the utilisation of the clinical workforce, increase bookings and reduce wait times.
- Engaging your team and key stakeholders on vision, providing clarity, support, and recognition to promote a high performance culture and service excellence.

Commercial Management
- Support and lead business case development, budget preparation, cost management, P&L management, and financial reporting to ensure initiatives align to commercial objectives and market conditions are considered.

Stakeholder & Relationship Management
- Mapping, engaging, and influencing a diverse stakeholder ecosystem, including Executive Leaders, Regional and Operations Managers, Corporate Services, Clinicians, Referral Partners, Clinics/Hospitals and Government Authorities.

**To Be Successful**
This is a critical role will influence and support leaders and the operational workforce to deliver impact aligned to organisation strategy. As such we are seeking a dynamic and collaborative leader who has diverse strategy, business transformation, program delivery and commercial management experience gained across consulting and/or inhouse roles.

The ability to lead workshop facilitation, human-centered design, lean process improvement, agile ways of working and end-to-end project delivery will also help you hit the ground running.
