**The Role**:

- Lead and motivate a team size of 5+
- Daily development of your Fresh Deli team
- Strong team player with a 'can do' approach
- Develop effective rosters along with projection planning for peak periods
- Achieve daily compliance and sales activity
- Cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Support the Store Manager to deliver a great customer experience

**What you will Have**:

- Experienced manager with exposure to a highly regulated environment
- Previous success in leading and developing a diverse team
- Motivational leader, coach and mentor
- Strong business acumen, kipi driven and results focused
- Customer first approach
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Passion for visual merchandising and stock control
- Fresh delicatessen experience prefered but not essential
