As they continue to evolve and enhance their customer interactions, they are seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Executive who can contribute fresh ideas and strategies to foster deeper connections with customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute end-to-end lifecycle marketing campaigns, from onboarding to retention and win-back strategies.
- Collaborate with data analysts to segment customers, identify trends, and create personalized communication approaches.
- Design and optimize customer journey maps, ensuring a seamless and delightful experience at every touchpoint.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights for continuous improvement and optimization.
- Work closely with creative teams to develop impactful and visually appealing marketing assets.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in lifecycle marketing.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or related roles, preferably within the retail sector.
- Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to derive actionable insights from customer behavior data.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative lifecycle marketing strategies.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
