Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a strong work ethic to join our friendly, well respected and long-established company.

You will be joining a dynamic team where you can establish long-lasting working relationships with your immediate peers and the wider company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as part of the central event management team for internal, external and medical education events
- Use practical knowledge of best practices to create exceptional physical and virtual event environments that build customer relationships and engage employees
- Work with stakeholders to influence decision-making based on previous event experiences and best practices
- Manage vendor and event budgets
- Partner with Division Event Managers to ensure event planning and execution achieves desired performance metrics
- Manage many projects simultaneously all at various stages of completion
- Provides on site event leadership and supports others when needed
- Work within the event management system (Cvent)

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will have the following:

- Event management experience essential
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism/ Events Management preferred
- Medical marketing and/or event experience preferred
- Experience in the healthcare industry preferred
- Demonstrated administration experience
- Excellent time management, planning and organising skills essential
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
