As a Floor Supervisor you are an integral part of the management team within the store. You should enjoy leading a team and working under pressure in a fast paced environment. Your leadership skills and retail experience will set the example for your team, all while assisting the Department Manager in the running of the section.

We are looking for people who are passionate about fashion and customer service and who want to grow their ZARA career

**Key Responsibilities**
- Leading and motivating team within the store in accordance with the companies standards and guidelines
- Driving sales and achieving KPI's for your department
- Conducting section briefings and supporting managers to conduct store briefings
- Maintaining an up to date knowledge of products and promotions for your department
- Responding to customer queries and requests
- Providing reports throughout the day to managers and colleagues
- Engaging with relevant training and development of the team (as directed by management)

**Skills and Experience**
- 2 or more years retail & supervising experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to drive sales and achieve KPI's for your department
- An eye for spotting the latest fashion trends
- The ability to work efficiently while juggling multiple tasks in a high pressure environment
- The ability to motivate and develop a team to be future ZARA leaders
- The desire for career growth within the company

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $24.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

**Experience**:

- Visual Merchandiser: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- Fashion retail: 2 years (preferred)
- People Management: 3 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
