The centre has car parking facilities and is well-serviced by public transport, including regular bus routes and the G light rail. The Broadbeach South station is nearby, and a**_ _**complimentary shuttle service operates daily, connecting Pacific Fair with locations from Main Beach to Burleigh Heads.

This full-time position provides the opportunity for someone to play a key role in leading our team and ensuring an authentic customer experience. We're seeking a dedicated leader who is committed to developing their team and driving sales. You'll have the opportunity to nurture talent, create a positive store culture, and contribute to the continued growth of our brand.

**As Store Manager, you'll**:

- Provide advice and offer styling recommendations to customers
- Drive sales and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Support the training and recruitment of great talent into the team
- Create visually appealing store displays
- Manage store administration, operations, and loss prevention.
