Nu Style Shutters specialises in Home IMPROVEMENT products such as Roller Shutters, Outdoor Blinds, Security Door, Window Screens and Louvre Shutters.

We are looking for a **part time Lead and Administrative Support** with a bubbly character to join our current fast-growing business with the willingness to learn HOW WE ROLL

**About the role**
- Manage large amount of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Generate leads, convert incoming phone calls and internet enquiries into qualified appointments for Sales Consultants.
- Schedule sales appointments to time slots and assign them directly to the Consultants.
- Work closely with the Service & Installation team for scheduling purpose.
- To input data in the system (MYOB software & Excel sheet).
- Maintain internet lead database by verifying and updating information (E.g., contact log).
- Provide information on products by answering questions from customers (training will be provided on product knowledge).
- Seize opportunities to upsell products.
- Convert showroom walk-ins into appointments.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.
- Attend to training sessions to improve knowledge, skills, and abilities as and when required.
- Record KPI's.
- Maintain office equipment operational by following established procedures and to report any malfunctions.
- Provide administrative support as and when required.
- Assist in general maintenance and cleanliness of office areas.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:
