**Your Contribution**:

- Producing once-off high quality, high precision micro featured metal and polymer machined parts
- Delivering on time and to specified quality
- Managing workshop including planning, customer communication, maintenance and driving improvements to capability
- Reporting on Workshop performance
- Nurturing a positive culture through promoting MiniFAB values
- Ensuring the safety of all users of the Workshop area
- Developing and maintaining inventories of items needed while maximizing inventory turn

**Your Profile**:

- 3 to 5 years related experience in high precision CNC vertical machining
- Strong understanding of the injection moulding process
- Familiarity with medical device manufacturing or other highly regulated industries preferred
- A strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- High attention to detail including part setup, flatness and tolerance of single microns
- Ability to create and interpret technical drawings, operating and maintenance instructions
- Experience with Solidworks or equivalent CAD software
- Familiarity with G-Code, Makino operating system and Unigraphics preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Planning and time management skills
- Production planning within a fast paced and high-quality working environment
