About the Role:
We are on the lookout for a passionate Shop Manager to lead our Anglicare Op Shop in Kogarah. In this dynamic role, you will:

- Lead with Heart: Inspire and manage a team of dedicated volunteers, fostering a supportive and enthusiastic atmosphere.
- Drive Success: Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and support Anglicare's vision and values.
- Build Community: Forge strong relationships with local community members, churches, and key stakeholders to enhance our shop's presence and impact.
- Champion Sustainability: Promote the joy of recycling, reusing, and reloving beautiful preloved items.

Your Impact:
As a Shop Manager, you will:

- Provide exceptional leadership, training, and development to your team.
- Ensure high standards of service and product quality.
- Create a safe and welcoming environment for staff, volunteers, and customers.
- Achieve and exceed challenging KPIs.

About You:
We are seeking a compassionate professional with:

- Proven experience in retail management.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- A proactive approach to developing new community connections.
- Experience in event organization and vendor liaison.
- The ability to handle challenging situations with grace.
- A current driver's license and intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
