**SHOP MANAGER (Chicken Factory Outlet)**

A Shop Manager is required for Giglios Fresh Chicken's Retail Store located in BONNYRIGG

**Immediate start** - Full time work/ On a roster - 5-6 DAYS A WEEK - MONDAY- SATURDAYS **8.30AM-3PM** start (Approx **7hrs a day**)

As the Shop Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Store. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Managing the shop's inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels of various Poultry products.
- Managing a team of poultry shop staff, including training and rostering
- Providing excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints.
- Achieving sale targets daily
- Ensuring the shops cleanliness and maintaining attractive displays

Qualifications and skills

Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the poultry industry or food retail

Proven leadership abilities

Excellent communication skills

**MUST have own transport as there is NO public transport nearby.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: From $27.00 per hour
