Job summary

As a Business Program Manager you will own the end-to-end scope, management, and delivery of scalable vendor programs. Operating in a fast-moving and often ambiguous environment, your goal will be to improve the ease at which vendors are able to do business with Amazon through the development of internal and external process efficiencies while delivering improvements in core business metrics.
- Our team operates out of our fabulous CBD office (conveniently located near many transportation options), and from home (during COVID-19) leveraging technology.

Key job responsibilities
At the heart of this role is delivery; key responsibilities as a Business Program Manager in the team:

- Drive the delivery of critical business initiatives and manage all aspects of multiple work streams (e.g. planning, requirements definition, risk management, and program communication).
- Engage with the local retail team and teams across our international consumer business to share learnings and collaborate to solve complicated problems.
- Align business, operations, and finance teams to reduce friction and ensure a coordinated approach.
- Coordinate training for and execution of initiatives with support teams.
- High degree of organization and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- Prior experience with SQL
