**About the role**

As the Business Program Manager you'll play a key role in delivering the Teacher Accreditation Workstream as part of the Technology Reform program, an intricate and business-driven ICT transformation initiative.

Acting as a bridge between the Workstream Lead, program team members, and Subject Matter Experts from the School and Teaching Standards Division, you will support critical activities including aligning business priorities, managing resourcing, coordinating communications, and contributing to planning, risk management, and governance.

On a day-to-day basis you will:

- Build strong relationships across diverse teams and embed yourself in the organisation to support program success.
- Serve as a key point of contact between business and program teams, facilitating collaboration with Subject Matter Experts.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand priorities, communicate objectives, and align workstream activities with program goals.
- Coordinate business input into project planning, risk management, governance, and resourcing decisions.
- Provide expert advice on change impacts, strategic priorities, and program delivery to senior leaders and committees.
- Review documentation to ensure clarity and alignment between technical and business requirements.
- Drive change management activities, including communication planning, organisational readiness, training, and deployment.

- Proven ability to lead change within complex governance, policy, and stakeholder frameworks.
- Experience delivering large-scale change programs, with a knack for anticipating obstacles, challenging the status quo, and driving innovative solutions.
- Strong influencing and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and secure buy-in.
