Your role with us:
The Financial Accountant will support the finance team with daily accounting tasks such as reconciliations and maintaining the general ledger. What you will do:
Oversee accounts receivable, including debtor reconciliation and handling inquiries.
Manage accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate transactions and compliance with policies.
Collaborate with teams to maintain asset control procedures.
Maintain accurate general ledger and perform reconciliations, investigating variances and proposing corrective actions.
Handle month-end processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and intercompany transactions.
Support internal and external stakeholders with tax compliance, ASIC filings, budgeting, and data analysis.
What you will bring:
At least 4 years of financial and management accounting experience.
CA or CPA qualification.
Experience in software development, SaaS, or related industries.
Bonus points if you also have:
Knowledge of sports and gambling.
Cryptocurrency expertise.
Experience with Blackline, Zapier, Prismatic, Trevor, SoftLedger/Netsuite.
