Building our Talent
As a WHS&E Coordinator within Multiplex, you will be required to provide Workplace Health Safety and Environmental management and compliance support to the project team and be responsible for developing meaningful and productive relationships with all stakeholders, maintaining records and databases and work with the project team to identify opportunities for improvement.
With the ability tointerpret legislation and certification system requirements and implement them into practice and supporting and encouraging subcontractors in the delivery of their scope of works you will interpret programs and ensure activities are planned in advance with required documentation. You will also be responsible for maintaining and monitoring compliance of WHSE systems and are able to investigate incidents in a timely and thorough manner, ensuring lessons learnt are developed and communicated through the project
Being able to identify, communicate and manage issues in a timely and effective manner will be the key to success in this role.

**Key Skillset Required**:

- Solid systems experience with an ability to translate systems into practice
- Proven experience gained within the building/construction industry
- Sound knowledge of applicable legislation, Codes of Practice, Australian Standards and other relevant documentation
- Demonstrated ability to positively influence and improve Health and Safety outcomes
