**_About the role_**

A leading milling, manufacturing, and distributor of flour-based food products are looking for an, QLD, SA & WA, WHS & E Coordinator based at the Tennyson QLD site on a full-time permanent basis.

**_ Duties _**
- Assist with the implementation and reviewing of policies and procedures at sites
- Undertake regular site visits to conduct audits, inspections and observations to ensure sites are meeting the requirements of WHS & E legislation and company policies and procedures
- Assist with WHSE improvement initiatives
- Coordinate rehabilitation and return to work programs in conjunction with site Return to Work Coordinators and liase with Workers Compensation Insurers on open claims and progress on premium renewals
- Work with Site Management to deliver strategies to reduce workers compensation claims
- Provide support to sites in the risk management of hazards and implementing control measures
- Provide support to sites on completing incident investigations and implementing corrective actions
- Provide support to sites to implement an induction and training program utilising internal and external resources as appropriate

**_Skills and experience_**
- Previous experience in a similar role within FMCG environment.
- Previous experience in Injury management and return to work.
- Certificate IV or Diploma in WHS.
- Certificate IV Training & Assessment.
- Experience in working to deadlines and carrying out tasks diligently.
- Good communication and computer skills.
- The ability to work independently and consistently.
- Confidence to use initiative and to make decisions where required.
