Easy Authoring is seeking a Research & Evaluation Analyst to work on an impactful project for a large government department.

**PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**:
You will undertake research and analysis to support the delivery of evaluation projects for major Government and departmental initiatives. Conduct quantitative analysis of outcome data and survey data, as well as qualitative analysis of stakeholder interviews and group discussions.

**KEY REQUIREMENTS**:

- Tertiary qualifications in applied social sciences, education or a related field, or relevant professional experience in evaluation.
- Demonstrated experience with qualitative research methods, organising qualitative data collections, and qualitative analysis/reporting.
- Demonstrated experience in the use of statistical software packages (e.g., SPSS, Stata, or R) and applied statistical analysis.
- Demonstrated experience in writing high quality research and evaluation reports.
