**About the role**

As a **Boutique Manager **for our** Queens Plaza Boutique, **you will be a brand ambassador for Scanlan Theodore. You will lead the store, develop client relationships and work collaboratively with your team to drive a strong sales result.

In this Full Time role, you will take ownership as a leader to:

- Manage the store effectively by being present and supportive
- Develop the store to ensure it effectively operates
- Continually be across store budget
- Drive and motivate to achieve success
- Customer focus mind set
- Emphasise on constant and effective communication
- Monitor and address your team, to ensure they are conveying brands policy and procedures

**Who you are**
- Experience in a similar position, as a people leader
- Background in improving financial performance and leadership development
