You will lead the store, develop client relationships and work collaboratively with your team to drive a strong sales result.You will take ownership as a leader to:Be a pivotal brand ambassador for Scanlan Theodore, upholding company policies and proceduresManage the Boutique effectively, leading by exampleDrive the team to achieve successInspire and motivate your team, identifying individual potential and facilitating developmental opportunitiesCreate a positive team culture which promotes high employee performance while maintaining a client-centric approachThe ideal candidate will have:Previous experience in a retail management positionA client-centric customer service approachProven success in team member coaching or developmentFull time availability on a Tuesday to Saturday rotationWhy work with us?
