As Events Manager, you'll be at the heart of delivering a calendar of premium experiences for an exclusive network of leaders and entrepreneurs.
From intimate dinners and keynote sessions to large-scale experiences and one-off premium events, you'll be the driving force behind every detail.This role is hands-on, varied, and rewarding – the perfect fit for someone who loves creating memorable experiences while being a true brand ambassador.What You'll Be Doing:Manage and deliver flagship programs such as Welcome Evenings, Keynotes, and Lounge eventsOversee end-to-end event logistics, from curating guest lists and confirming venues to execution and post-event follow-upBuild and maintain strong relationships with members, ensuring engagement and value at every touchpointNegotiate with venues and suppliers, ensuring cost-effectiveness and premium experiencesCollaborate closely with Relationship Managers, Community Managers, and senior leaders to deliver seamless eventsStep in to support the wider team when required, ensuring continuity and service excellenceWhat We're Looking ForProven experience in Event Management or high-level Executive Assistant supportExceptional organisational skills – you thrive on structure and deadlinesA natural multitasker with strong attention to detailProfessional and confident when liaising with CEOs, business owners, and senior leadersAnalytical, decisive, and able to work autonomouslyA people-person who loves connecting, networking, and building relationshipsWhy This Role MattersThis position is a true career-maker.
