**About the OPPORTUNITY**

We have an exciting permanent opportunity for a **Production Supervisor** to join our manufacturing function based at Edinburgh Parks, SA. You will be responsible for leading efficient, and cost-effective production through strong leadership, lean practices, and clear collaboration.

Key responsibilities include:

- Champion safety, quality, and compliance through visible, proactive leadership.
- Lead the afternoon shift teams across multiple production systems for the electronics areas of Advanced Manufacturing and being the On-site leader for emergent issues across the Afternoon Advanced Manufacturing Operations teams.
- Drive a standardised production system by leading daily stand-up meetings, hand-over between morning shift supervisors and, wash-up meetings.
- Track key performance indicators and metrics, flag risks and trends in the production system, and feed into shift reviews and improvement plans.
- Support your team and the wider Operations team so that issues are escalated to help achieve a continuous production-flow.
- Champion continuous improvement through driving lean, efficient, and cost-effective production.

**About YOU**
- Proven production experience, ideally in electronics or precision manufacturing.
- Supervisory experience in fast-paced, cross-functional operational teams
- Lean-focused, safety-first mindset with deep knowledge of SHE and production systems.
- Must be able to work afternoon shift (3.30pm-11.30pm)
- Clear communicator who flags risks early and leads with accountability and impact.
