**The Client**

A body that is a service provider who provides support in the education sector. They are responsible for driving improvement of education, compliance and funding to name a few areas.

You will be working in a team who is responsible for developing customer experience to change how services are delivered to customers and staff. The project involves implementing recommendations from service redesigns for business improvement.

**Benefits**
- 6-month contract (possible extension)
- $1150 (incl super) p/day

**The Role**

As a Service Designer, you will develop and embed customer experience to transform service delivery to customers.

You will be part of a team which supports service providers to identify significant changes which are required to uplift and create a uniform service experience. Additionally, you will educate and grow the service design approach and manner of work.

**Essential Skills**
- Lead service design initiatives
- Familiar working with BAs, UX Designers and Scrum Team.
- Manage and co-run testing sessions
- Generate ideas so they are able to be translated into various concepts, sketches and prototypes to test and communicate whilst considering stakeholders
- Deliver workshops to stakeholders

**Desirable Skills**
- 4-5 years' experience working in a Human Centred Environment
- Worked on large transformation programs from end-to-end
