**Key Accountabilities**
- Lead the delivery of end-to-end service design initiatives to support the development of customer-centric program of work.
- Generate ideas that translate into multiple concepts, sketches, scenarios and prototypes to test, inspire and communicate which consider both the customer and frontline team impact and design and deliver artefacts including design principles, current state maps, future state journey maps and blueprints.
- Identify and communicate opportunities that create business value and improve the customer experience based on user research, heuristics and best practice and develop visually compelling frameworks, process/screen flows and wireframes to drive service re-design.
- Manage and facilitate the delivery of stakeholder workshops to communicate key themes from interviews and inception workshops and work with the team to achieve alignment on key success factors.
- Collaborate with a range of stakeholders to continually improve customer experiences through service design, capability development and delivery.

**Key Skills and Requirements**
- Extensive experience as a service designer in large customer facing transformation programs and minimum of 4 -5 years of experience working in a Human Centred Design environment.
- Experience working with UX Designers, BA's and Scrum team.
- Experience working with in large program of work in a multi scrum team environment.
- AWS Experience: Lambda functions, serverless architecture, oauth/jwt congito, Cloud Front, API Gateway, Rout53, SNS, SQS and CloudWatch.
- Industry experience and expertise across a wide range of technical areas including software development, databases combined with a keen business sense, able to provide technical superior solutions that fit into business requirements.
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining services on AWS
- System Integration - Extensive experience in integration of large and distributed systems like SAP, Salesforce using technologies such as Microservices, Docker, WebServices, REST, ESB's. Integrated several projects using Apache Camel (part of Redhat Fuse).
- Databases Relational and NoSQL database experience. Extensive experience working with Oracle, DynamoDB.
- Java Development and Frameworks - High level of Java expertise with experience in several Java frameworks including Spring Boot, Hibernate, JUnit.
- Web Development - Extensive experience in web development using latest html and JavaScript technologies and frameworks - React, Redux, Typescript, Angular, Node.
