Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned expert to lead our ECM initiatives. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions that drive business value.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in configuring and developing FileNet solutions, particularly with IBM Enterprise Records Manager. They should be well-versed in agile development methodologies and have a strong track record of participating in design meetings and making design decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement comprehensive FileNet solutions.
Develop Java/J2EE components to integrate with Case Manager and/or FileNet.
Contribute to operational and risk remediation activities.
Work on estimation and sizing for new proposals.
Requirements:
8+ years of IT industry experience.
6+ Years experience in IBM Records Manager, Filenet as a Developer, Designer and as Architect.
Single handedly capable of defining a Road Map for a client in ECM Filenet solution.
Should be able to work on Records Management, Strong exposure in Archival, Retrieval.
Working exp in Agile methodology.
Expert level skills in IBM Filenet P8.
Advanced skills in Java/J2EE, Spring, Junit, iBatis/Hibernate.
Additional Skill - websphere.
Strong experience of P8 content engine and process engine APIs is a must.
Strong consulting and communication skills.
