**About the role**

**What you'll be doing**
- Safely and efficiently operating and maintaining a mini combo (Posi-track, excavator and Truck)
- Following all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures

**What we're looking for**
- **Strong experience operating a variety of construction machinery and equipment**:

- **Posi/bobcat experience performing detailed earthworks**:

- Proven ability to work safely and efficiently with mínimal supervision
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Relevant construction industry certifications and licenses (e.g., High-Risk Work License)
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
- **MR License Minimum** Required
