Job Opportunity: Experienced Machine Operator

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced machine operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, commitment to safety, and experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate Shear Line, Bar cutting or coil machines with precision and efficiency.
  • Assist with machine maintenance to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Follow all health, safety, and quality management requirements to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Load and handle raw materials with care and attention to detail.
  • Conduct pre-start checks on all equipment to guarantee safety and quality standards are met.
  • Manually handle sheet metal and metal posts with ease and accuracy.
  • Utilize overhead gantry crane to move productions with confidence and precision.

Requirements:

  • Full working rights within the country.
  • Forklift license is an added advantage.
  • Previous experience using overhead cranes is highly desirable.
  • Experience in a steel manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of workplace safety standards is essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and solve problems efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues and superiors.
  • Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude to drive success.
  • Reliable and physically fit to meet the demands of the job.
