**The Opportunity**

**About You**

To be successful in this role you will have:

- A true love and passion for baking and cooking
- Bakery (or pastry cook) qualification and/or TAFE Certificate (relevant to the baking or food manufacturing industry)
- Excellent working knowledge and understanding of HACCP, food safety, quality and safety principles
- An aptitude for quickly learning new skills and machinery
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining a safety focus
- Excellent teamwork, problem solving and communication skills
